Girls'Rugby League 2013

On Wednesday 21 August, the Open Girls Rugby League Team played against Scarborough State School in the Metropolitan Grand Finals at Suncorp Stadium.

The “Player of the Match” was awarded to our captain, Ilaisa M, who got to keep the game ball. After a team vote, “Best & Fairest” was awarded to Ofa V and “Player’s Player” to Ainsley T. As a show of encouragement and support for Women in League, the NRL gave each player a ball, water bottle, bag and pencil case.
The Kruger Girls remain undefeated champions, winning the trophy each year since the competition began in 2012.
