Anzac Day Ceremony 2013

On the 24th of April we held a touching and very emotional ceremony to pay our respects to the ANZACs.  We had a very special guest, Captain Wendy Lang, who came along to read us a poem.    Special guests, members of our administration, teachers, students and parents laid wreaths to honour the memory of our fallen soldiers.  The Year 5 students took part in the ceremony by reciting a poem called ‘Sir’ by Damian Dib Morgan.    We will always remember the ANZACs for their bravery and for their pride in our country.  Their memory is with us forever, Lest We Forget.
